“We stayed at the Carriage House over the Thanksgiving holiday. The location is very convenient to access, and has great walking areas around Vander Veer Park and the "Outing Club" area. The accommodations are comfortable and well-appointed, with period furnishings, comfortable beds, and plenty of space. “Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the property to be charming. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The upstairs bedroom was not air-conditioned, making it uncomfortable to use during warmer weather. The bathroom could benefit from a deep cleaning and some updates, especially the tub/shower. Addressing these issues would make the experience much more enjoyable.”

“The Victorian is in the process of being restored. The location is convenient to the downtown area, but parking on a narrow street was a concern and the steep steps up to the front door would be hard for some visitors (it is noted in the description). The hot tub was not clean and was only 3/4 filled with water so we never used it. The pool table has many rips and the cue sticks were missing their tops so we never used the table. The owners were quick to respond which was helpful.”
