“The property is new and clean. The view of the ocean is lovely and it was very quiet there. It is very close to the main house so not sure how private it would be if someone was staying at the main house at the same time especially since the window facing the main house has no shade. The kitchen is well stocked but wish they had some non stick pans. The listing states that there is a dishwasher but that is not accurate. There was none. “Caroline was delightful. We were in the attached "cottage" to the lovely Victorian B&B! It was nice to be able to purchase/participate in the fabulous breakfast (with a gorgeous view!) our first morning since we arrived so late the night before. Most of the cottage had been updated. The upstairs bathroom still needs updating as does the entire cottage electrical system to accommodate using more than one appliance at a time. Not a big deal though. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Cottage is rustic but clean in an amazing location. The view out to the boats moored in the water is one of a kind. We cooked all our meals in the kitchen and it worked well for us -- good sharp knives was a plus.
