“The house was very comfortable for us and very central to everything we wanted to do. It was so nice to be able to bring our dog and Thomaston has the best dog park, about a 3 minute drive from the house. It’s not really a walkable neighborhood, but that was the only downside. We would definitely stay here again!”

“This was the perfect place to stay for a family wedding weekend. Loved sitting on the deck with my morning coffee looking out over the harbor. Very quite neighborhood. Located a couple minutes from downtown Rockland, Owls Head Transportation just down the street along with the State Park. Wedding venue was 3 miles away in South Thomaston. It was exactly as described, comfy, cozy and allowed pets. Fenced in yard for the dog was a huge plus. Hosts were great. Would definitely stay here again!”

“An excellent waterfront house in owls head.The property was just as described in the listing and accompanying photos, which is not always the case in our experience. The location is very close to all the restaurants and other must-sees in the Rockland area, and the view of the bay and harbor from inside the house is extraordinary. The configuration of the house is very user friendly, and having available ac is a real plus.”

“The house was lovely and had lots of sleeping accommodations for everyone. We were up in Maine for a wedding and really only used the house to sleep in, but I really enjoyed spending time on the front porch and drinking coffee. The house had all of the amenities you could possibly need and was well kept. ”

“Amazing little house tucked away close to the river. It was very clean and nicely furnished. I had a great time staying here and it was very close to downtown Thomaston.”

“My friends and I had a great time at Come Spring Farm! We got hit with a lot of rain as soon as we arrived and it was really cool to watch the storm through the windows in the dome. We were impressed with the bathroom/shower facilities and the Coop hang out space, and I was thrilled to help feed the animals in the morning. We hope to return soon!”

“Amazing house with plenty of space for our extended family (9 people). Loved the living room, deck and yard for family to spend time together. Kids loved the bedroom with 4 single beds. AC worked great throughout the house during a hot July week. Lake was clean and dock was great for swimming and floating on tubes. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Great location. We could walk to town. Stayed for a wedding that was 20 minutes away. Easy drive. Nice to all be together under one roof with our married kids and grandchildren. ”
