“Stayed with my wife, kids and inlaws and had booked two suites. Unfortunately the air was really bad due to humidity in one suite and the showers didn't work in the other one. In neither of the rooms did the wifi worked. We changed after one night, to normal double rooms which were fine but not what we had paid for or expected. The staff was always very friendly and breakfast was ok. Rooms have a nice design but the beds are a bit too short seeing that you can't stick your feet out.”

“The hotel is infested with bedbugs. My bed also had ants in it. I asked to change room but the other room also had bedbugs. A third room I was offered also had evidence of bed bugs. The staff was very accommodating. I showed them the videos of bedbugs crawling on the wall and dead ones in the bed. I woke up after having been bitten, overall an extremely unpleasant experience. The sound isolation of the hotel is also very bad, you hear everything that happens outside, in the corridor you hear...
