âThis hotel was very convenient for the weekend while I was at Oliver's Mount watching the racing. Prices were reasonable. My room was very clean. There is only one lift in this hotel. Breakfast was amazing every morning. Staff customer service skills were Great . This hotel does have a resturant for evening meals. They also have a bar. âHad a lovely stay. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We booked this accommodation due to its close proximity to the Scarborough Open Air Theatre and would 100% come back here again if we go to another concert there đâ
âWe stayed at the Norbreck Hotel for 7 nights and we had avery enjoyable stay. We had a wonderful view of the sea from our hotel window. The staff were extremely friendly and nothing that you asked of them was too much.
Scott and Andrew the receptionists were both helpful and friendly. Not forgetting Pete. We would definitely stay at the Norbreck again. Thank you all for making our stay a pleasent one.â

âHad a great stay great room arrived early and was able to get our room owner is great as are all the staff
We parked at multi story car park just across the road palm court ÂŁ12.50 for 24hrs
Unfortunately we has to leave a day early but

- he didn't even check.
- a couple that he helped before me got to check in.
- when I came back in the evening and asked for a floor fan, the evening receptionist said he'd look for any available in the "unoccupied...
âGreat location, fab pool and jacuzzi, sadly steam room not open. Wonderful games room. Quality breakfast and to end the stay the best afternoon tea 'sunday roast style'. Will definitely return.â
