Oh my gosh! We were scammed by two crooks. Here is the whole development. I've booked a triple room (double bed and a single bed). I've registered 2 adults on Hotel.com, and left out my underage (10 year old daughter), because every where else we stayed, there's no need to register the child. When we arrived, there was no receptionist or any instruction to where we could go to be checked in. It's a rainy, cold afternoon and we left to wait outside the building. Luckily, there was a resident from that apartment returned from work, so he let us inside the hall, and let us borrow a phone to call the number on the reservation. The guy answered and showed up after half an hour. He made us walk 3 blocked to the actual "office" to check in. He and another guy charged us $70 extra to make the single bed for my daughter. He said Hotel.com showss only 2 guests so they only made 1 bed. Now they charge $70 as tax and extra fee to put a sheet on the foldable single bed for my daughter. Also, the reservation and booking shows "free breakfast" but there's ABSOLUTELY nothing from them. It was our worst experience ever. Definitely won't ever return here.
