“The Rainforest Inn is in a class all by itself. The location is convenient to El Yunque Rainforest hikes and easy to get to. The accommodations (and fresh-tasty breakfast) are first rate. You are asked for your coffee order conveniently before breakfast so you can enjoy a fresh cup before breakfast outside overloking the lush vegetation and the Atlantic. The owners greet you when you arrive with a tasty welcoming drink and get yoi settled in. A wonderful, helpful staff (shout out to Diane)...

“The property is amazing with great views and unique experience up in the rainforest. It is secluded and provides an eco experience. The roads up to the lodging are a little more challenging but we had a 4x4 vehicle and made it even with heavy rain. The hotel is currently partially under renovations but the host is very nice and try to ensure an enjoyable experience. Don't go into it thinking its a 5 star resort but rather an off-the-beaten-path experience.”

“The “tiny” house comes with a kitchen and an amazing patio, but it’s the property and location that makes this a 5 star stay. You’re close to El Hippie which was awesome and not that far from the main entrance. If you have questions the hosts can and will answer them. Also, they grow a number of tropical plants and freely let you take them (we got a load of starfruit and a perfect guava-just don’t pick their pineapples!! They are still maturing.)
