“Very comforting place. Everybody treated us great, the vibes were excellent. You won't be disappointed.”

“Hotellet är fint och har det bästa läget på hela ön med utsikten över havet. Helt fantastiskt skön säng på rummet. Vi sov som gudar. Om det inte vore för att det var väldigt dyrt hade vi gärna valt hotellet igen, men vi tycker inte att priset riktigt gjorde det värt att förlänga vår vistelse utan flyttade vidare till ett annat boende för vår tredje och sista natt på ön. Maten var också bra med lite väl dyr. Fördrog att gå ner till bargatan för att äta billigare och även det mycket gott!”

“The only thing that was ok is the location. The room was moldy. There was mold in the air conditioner and in the bathroom and shower which is disgusting. The room was not clean and there were even hairs in the shower ! The hotel is unstaffed the only person that we saw was a man who was not helpful at all, he did not even say hello and they are not there after 5 pm. When I finally got an answer to be changed room they just said that unfortunately there are not any other rooms for 4 and they did...

“La propiedad es hermosa. Un rinconcito de campo cerca de la playa y toda la actividad. Aunque no tiene fronteras desk, siempre se ve personal presente arreglando los alrededores y cualquier situación con la propiedad te atienden y resuelven muy bien por teléfono. En mi caso, lo único que no me encantó fue la cama. La encontré un poco dura y hubiera deseado una frisa más gruesa. Lo demás fue excelente. Muy recomendado y volvería a repetir.”

“Our host made sure we knew that the power was out on the island, but they had a generator and the air conditioning was working. She made everything easy and was so helpful. Breakfast was amazing and we loved everything about our stay at the Guesthouse. ”

“El Blok is a cool design hotel in the heart of Esperanza. Unfortunately we never experienced the service you would hope for. The front desk was not service minded or helpful, the room smelled moldy and the view is hard to experience since the blocks are covering it. The bar and restaurant were nice and vibrant, roof top cool but under used. We will for sure return to Vieques but will not consider El Blok for our future stays. ”
