“The condo itself was very clean and comfortable and the staff we met were very friendly. A bonus is the amazing view of the ocean. It is exactly as shown in the images by the property manager. But, if you're looking to swim in the ocean, you can not do it here. The rip currents are too strong and the water is very rough. “The apartment was great, could not be closer to the ocean. ”

“There are three buildings at this location that all share the center courtyard. You have to go through the courtyard to get to the beach. Unfortunately this unit was in the middle building which had the access door to the courtyard sealed shut because of falling stucco from the building. You have to walk out to the parking lot and back into the courtyard. As many others have reported in the past only one elevator was in service.
