Property has beach access to a quiet and perfect beach, just mere steps from the unit. Pool is spacious and fun with a deep end fun for kids to dive to retrieve pool toys. “Really enjoyed this unit and its location in Sandyport. It is nice and quiet and there is a good amenities within walking distance. You are just off the main road - so it is quite easy to grab a Jitney bus into town to do some sightseeing and exploring of nassau. Carla the property manager is awesome - she can provide recommendations for places to eat as well as finding a rental car. Overall a great experience. ”

“Our extended family had an amazing and very relaxing week at Rosalie and Robbie’s place on the beach. They were both extremely responsive to any questions and very helpful suggesting grocery shoppers to stock the kitchen for our arrival and drivers to get us to and from the airport. There were 8 of us including a 3 yr old. The house layout was perfect for us. Everyone loved the pool and being so close to the beach. You could easily walk 3 or so km on the beach and there’s a beach bar about .5 km...

“Waking to the sound of the ocean, followed by coffee on the deck that hangs over the ocean is pretty tough to beat. Great Condo, great amenities, great property manager, just great. Eagle rays swimming by on a regular basis, snorkeling, paddle boarding, or just sunning by the pool...amazing. 5 restaurants and a great beach that are all walkable....this was truly a GREAT vacation!!!”
