“Would stay again.”

“The property is a beautiful property and very tastefully decorated. You truly feel like you are home away from home. The location is perfect and close to everything that is needed and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the ping-pong table downstairs we loved all the very large TVs and all rooms as well as the living room. We will for sure. Be staying here again. The host was amazing and respond quickly to any in all messages that I sent. And we loved all the little touches that were included like the...

“There were problems with the air conditioner at this house. The host was able to move us to another house for our stay while they got the AC fixed. The host was able to get back to us right away and was very helpful.”

“House was plenty big with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again ”

“Beautiful neighborhood nice an quiet easy access to the freeway and restaurants”

“The host provided clear instructions on how to get in and out. The room was as expected, and it was nice having the mini fridge and microwave. A couple of downsides: (1) the ceiling fan was making a fairly loud squeaking noise, so be careful if you're sensitive to sound and also want the ceiling fan on; (2) the shower water would not get hot, it would only get to slightly below body temp, so it felt cool, but not frigid cold.”

“The Kozy Cottage was 100% kozy, kute, and komfortable! Centrally located to everything in a sweet, safe, and quiet neighborhood. The beds were extremely comfortable and like sleeping on a cloud. The AC was a dream in the intense Texas heat and humidity. Kitchen fully stocked with various pots and pans, a Keurig, and cooking essentials. The welcome basket was an unexpected yummy surprise. Hosts were extremely responsive, accommodating, and welcoming. Good water pressure in the shower, and...

“We enjoyed staying at the property. It was a convenient in the middle of everything and a quiet neighborhood. Very roomy and very clean.”

“It was a great place for us to have the grandkids entertained in the playroom!”

“The house was great--very organized and clean. The hosts were great as well--we had a couple of non-host issues with the range functioning improperly and a city line water break (not at the house--in the line up the road). When we contacted the host, they were quick to respond with information they were able to find out from the city and showed up within 15-minutes to take care of the range issue (tripped breaker which we couldn't find).Great place overall!”
