“The house is spacious and generally in good repair. The internet is fast, the neighborhood is fine, and the house was clean and properly stocked. There were some issues though - the mattresses are quite uncomfortable, especially the master. There were air fresheners throughout, and at least one bedroom had a heavy pet odor. The grounds are in just ok shape and the yard while big is entirely empty - not a table or anything usable. All basic expectations met but with a little work could be much...
