“Overall this was a good stay, rooms were nice and clean and there was plenty of space for 10 adults to stay. However, both ovens failed to heat properly which made cooking a bit of a pain. Check in process was not great, only being able to arrive between 5-6, the owner did not respond to any prior messages. Despite this, the local area was stunning, and the house was fit for purpose and good value considering the price of other locations in the area for a group this size.”

“When I arrived, I felt welcome at Coombe Cottage. The hosts’ attention to details was excellent- from the welcome basket to the amenities of the cottage. The garden was lovely to relax in after a day of sightseeing. The path to town expertly described by the host directed me on a lovely walk and to a charming town. There were a few road issues and the neighbors were happy to help me navigate them. I was able to get to and from the destinations that I had on my agenda. And I was so happy to...

“Tewksbury is the perfect town for a week’s vacation and Freddie’s cottage is the perfect place to stay. It is very well equipped and very comfortable, as well as being only a short walk from the town centre. From Tewksbury it is also a short drive to any number of interesting sites including Eastnor Castle, Sudeley Castle, Worcester and Gloucester cathedrals. Highly recommended.”
