“Cute stay with everything you need. Location was great; plenty of parking, and great views from all of the windows. Communication was a breeze with the owners. I have no complaints. We were very pleased. :) ”

“Accommodation is located centrally and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen is a lovely space to come together with family. Add £13 per day for parking as the place has not its own parking. The place is clean but I gave it a 3 for cleaning because there were empty food boxes behind the desk in the main bedroom. Towels were clean but old . Communication was great and we will definitely go back again but will ask them to pay a little more...

“Room was quite superior! Staff accommodating and friendly. Fleece Inn pub was delightful and great food. Bed was very comfortable. Mini-fridge and microwave nice. Struggled with the expresso machine.”

“Right in the middle of town but out of the noise bustle of the town. Lots of space in the apartment and very clean and quiet. ”

“The main road is noisy until the traffic dies down later on in the evening. The metal framed windows, even when shut, let through a high volume of road traffic noise. It was a period of unusually high temperatures by day and night when we stayed and the room we stayed in was in the loft space and therefore really warm and so the windows had to be kept open most of the time. This is by no means a complaint merely a note for other people who stay in the loft apartment who may not be as comfortable...

“Great flat local to Gloucester and the docks. Sometimes the out of hours contact was hard to get hold of but that is no way a negative on the flat. Very tidy and clean with all basic items you need.”

“Lovely stay. The apartment was clean, cosy and well located. We were a family of four and there was plenty around for the kids to do. The private parking was excellent and very secure.”

“This flat was very nicely appointed, the only issue we had was that despite adjusting the temperature controls in every room they appeared to make no difference to the actual temperature - they were either on or off regardless of the setting. However the booking policies, which are not mentioned clearly on this site, put us off travelling back. The owner wants you to send them photographic ID for every person staying and will only take a deposit by bank transfer so wants your bank details to...

“The property was excellent. Bed very comfy. Everywhere clean. I had to be careful on the stairs down to the flat but then I'm over 80. Only real snag was an occasional difficulty in getting a parking spot adjacent to the flat. Daytime they may be used by people going into work in the town.”

“Modern 2 bedroom apartment very close to the town centre. Very clean and quiet with all mod cons. TV has free Netflix included, however the couch was too small to lie down on comfortably. Only other negative was a noisy manhole cover in the street which vibrated every time a car drove over it ( not the fault of the apartment obviously). ”

“We stayed at this beautiful property for 8 nights. Our party consisted of a family member and work colleague. This spacious apartment allowed us plenty of space to relax and unwind. The property was spotlessly clean and very quiet. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again in the future.”

“There's no doubt that The Boat Inn is a lovely, traditional pub in a super location, right on the banks of the Wye with good views of the river from the bedrooms above the pub. The surroundings are wooded and distinctly bosky, which is nice. There is a small village (Redbrook) with a village shop a few hundred metres away across an old railway bridge.
