No water, no coffee, just waiting, while they walked around me. I had the worst pizza EVER at the bar - had to send it back. It was a mess of sodium and grease, no resemblance to pizza. The Peloton bike (main reason I stay in most hotels) wasn't either activated, nor connected to the internet - so wouldn't work. I won't be back.”

“Nice place to stay, clean and friendy staff. Offer a 2 mile complimantary shuttle service, which is nice but travel too short to make a difference. No stores close by except for the very expensive hotel shop. Overall I think this hotel might be a bit overpriced.”

“This is how you run a business! The property is in very good condition. Everything was clean and spotless. The breakfast was modest, but everything you needed, really. The best part of this stay however, was the staff. They went above and beyond to help us with our needs and were extremely accommodating. The only downside is that the hotel is situated right next to the freeway, and it can be quite noisy during the day. However, at night the traffic calmed down and we had no problem sleeping...

“They are undergoing renovations. Staff informed me renovations will be done in July. It was construction noise during the day but overall my stay wasn't horrible. 10 out of 10 in other time I've stayed there.”

“The lobby looked like they were doing construction, cause there was plaster on the floor. The elevator had a sign on it that it was out of order. The staff person assured me that the elevated works because my room was on the third floor got to my room. the room was filthy. The refrigerator would not open. I had medication that needed to be refrigerated. Tried to call down to the front desk, the phone did not work went back downstairs and demanded to be checked out and to receive a refund. The...
