“Perfect location for being close to Boca Grande and where we were fishing for the two days.”

“We rented the house for a weekend getaway. It was perfect for our stay. Only complaint was the guest bed sheets had not neen changed. Before we left we found blood on sheets at the bottom of the bed. The rest of the house was very clean. I would recommend the house. Very quiet and peaceful.”

“Everything at the property was excellent. We were very comfortable in the house and the property manager Robert went out of his way to help us with the television and the pool heater. That pool and spa heater was difficult to use. He was able to remotely get it heated. Everything in the house is exceptionally nice with all top end decor and appliances. Anyone staying here will be very happy.”

“The pool was fun for our kids. I loved that the doors to access the pool all had locks at the top so my young kids couldn’t get to the pool area on their own. Loved all the beach supplies- cooler, chairs, toys, umbrella etc. it made going to the beach so much easier. All the kitchen equipment we needed was available. Everything was great!”

“This house was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Everything was extremely clean, beds for comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. There are lots of closet space .The kids loved the pool. We liked walking down to the canal in the back and looking at the gators and fish. This house is in a great location close to everything. It is truly a peaceful place. We will definitely stay here again in the future.”

“This home exceede our expectations! We stayed here for a week with our granddaughter. Margreth was a great hostess. She answered all of our questions timely and made our check in and out a very smooth one. The house was very clean and had all the things we needed. There were plenty of beach towels and chairs. The beds were all comfortable, showers were great, the pool and hot tub were enjoyed daily. And the sunset over the pool was beautiful every night. We have rented around 10 homes in Rotonda...
