“This property is by far the best we have stayed in traveling the north side for 3 week with a family of 4. Its location is perfect nice and quiet. It’s not in the smelly part of Rotorua . We have slept in many beds and we have found the beds at under the walnut feel like home. The outside is deceiving doesn’t look like much. But the inside has everything you need as if you were at home. I’d definitely stay there again. ”

“This is a home away from home. Amazing use of space, and brilliant outdoor area thats well sheltered from the weather. I have slight ocd and whoever built and put this property together must also share the same eye for detail. My family loved staying here, very private and peaceful. “House was clean and nicely set up, beds very comfortable, functional kitchen and access to property and bathroom great for accessibility via wheelchair access if required. The property was central and easy to access. Only downside for location is being on a busy main road with loads of heavy trucks passing but adjusted to traffic noise after the first night. "Great views overlooking the hot springs. Very nice room. Hotel in general is a little old and worn but nicer on the inside than on the outside. Good breakfast but the dinner buffet was not worth the money."
