“Die Wohnung ist abgewohnt. Als wir ankamen war die Wohnung gerade gewischt, kalt und es zeigte sich sofort die mangelnde Instandhaltung. Warum hat man nach dem Wischen nicht einfach schon mal die Fußbodenheizung eingeschaltet? Irgendwie funktionierte das Wesentliche zwar, aber lose Tollenpapierhalter, eingeschlagene Innentür, Plastikabdeckung auf dem Tresen, fehlende bzw. Defekte Beleuchtung insbesondere im Bad, ….und richtige Dreck überall, wo man nicht mit dem Staubsauger ohne Weiteres...
