“Very quaint and clean with a perfect pub attached. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. A bit out of town but still a great location near a park and the river to walk. Train station in Glen Abbey is walkable. It was a bit chilly when we arrived but the room warmed up nicely”

“It is a lovely place, the staff is amazing. Very friendly and service minded. The breakfast was delicious! But, the room is very cold, only kne radiator for multiple rooms, old windows letting in all the cold. Worst was that there were no heating or power outlets in the bathroom. Super cold! And a very big spider lived there... I ate dinner one evening at the mansion, it was not worth the money. Minute steak and some fries for 20 pounds. Took 5 seconds to eat. No taste. ”

“Första intrycket var lite svajigt med byggnadsställningar runt hela hotellet. Hög musik i entréhallen. Sen fick jag ändra intryck då fantastisk personal mötte mig i incheckningen. Rummet var jättefint, rent och stort för ett singelrum. Servicen på topp under de tre dagar jag spenderade på Moxy, Southampton. ”

Tried again and again no success. I then had to find another place to stay, thankfully the taxi driver was very helpful, feeling bad for me. He had problems logging into his system, but all he could tell us was "I cant help you". We had issues with check ins, the room smelled smoky and air ventilation system was broken.
