Great views, big wrap around deck. You may never want to come inside. This house has no stairs. Our house is far enough away to be very quiet but close enough to be handy to shopping and entertainment. We have provided New furniture, new beds, new cabinets, New granite. This house has everything you will need to escape your busy life and enjoy the laid back mountain pace. Whether you are enjoying the big deck or the cozy wood burning fireplace you will feel you are at home at Valley View

Beautiful piece of Mountain paradise
This is our second stay at this property and we were so glad that we made the choice to return here again! It is peaceful, spacious and just what we needed for a short stay with friend in the fall. Everything was neat and clean, with extra amenities you do not always receive with different vacation rentals. We had everything we needed for a perfect stay! LArge bedrooms, plenty of closet, two ncie full baths, extra blankets, comfortable beds and linens...the owner has tried to think of everything to make your stay comfortable. We will return again, and our friends loved it and hope to also return another time.

Family getaway
Awesome property! Everything was great, super clean, bedrooms were very nice, deck and sitting area were very comfortable and had an amazing view. Property is very well maintained and it is decorated and furnished to feel like home. Will definitely book again.

Absolutely loved it!!!
This house was wonderful. Chad paid attention to every detail that visitors could need or want. The place was extremely clean, and very roomy. The balcony was amazing with great views. Had to contact Chad and he was quick to answer and address my questions. Would recommend 100%. Plan on making another trip in the near future and Will absolutely look into one of his houses.

Beautiful cabin close to town
This property was perfect for our family vacation. The location in the forest above Ruidoso is quiet and peaceful, but only a short drive to all the attractions in town. The porch is wonderful, and I loved getting to watch the moon rise over the pines at the end of the day. The owner is kind and responsive, and quickly resolved a small issue we had with the trip. We will definitely be coming to back for another stay.

Charming Cabin Perfect for Family
The three bedrooms in this cabin are large and the beds were very comfortable. You really don't need refrigerated AC in this area, but it was nice to have. The kitchen was well stocked and there is a nice table with million-dollar views on the back patio. This is the second property of Chads we have stayed in Ruidoso and once again we left happy.

We really enjoyed staying at this property! It was perfect for our party of five. It was comfortable, cozy and clean. The beds were very comfortable!! The location was great. Chad was an amazing host! He was easy to get in contact with. His regular cleaning person had a family emergency so he had to scramble to get someone in to clean for us. The sweet lady that helped him out was awesome! We had to wait few minutes for her to finish up but she had the entire place spotless for us!!! I would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful Deck
The location is really nice and quiet. There are neighbors, but we did no hear or see them. The deck has a great view. It is such a quiet area. The inside of the cabin is wonderful. Very clean and well stocked. Nice large TVs for rainy days. Great kitchen. We were very comfortable there. Took our own wine opener. Walked our dog early and saw deer most mornings. Our dog loved the porch. There is a way to contain them on the porch which was a nice thing to have. The cabin is very close to many trails. We hiked the Grindstone Nesa Loop ( green) and visited Alto and hiked the Eagle Creek Trail. Recommend!
