“The room was a little disappointing. They had a problem with the bathroom ceiling. The tub was a little to high for older people. I feel they should have moved us to another room at the time our ceiling was compromised.We had a problem communicating due to poor cable service . Perhaps, it was only for the day, They might have been working on the lines.The rooms were quiet and peaceful. The setting was pleasant.The host replied to our questions. “Beautiful Home”

“This place was total dump and needs A LOT of TLC. It’s too bad because it could be a really nice spot. Don’t be deceived by the photos and reviews. It was really run down and smelled. The carpet was ripped and stained. I was afraid to walk around in bare feet in fear I would get some sort of disease. The walls were beat up and paper thin. We could clearly hear the people next door talking and coughing up a lung. There were also spider webs on the ceiling. It’s advertised has having a balcony....

“Had an incredible stay for a Father/Son overnight trip to Laconia. The property was clean, incredibly safe, quiet and relaxing, the amenities were very nice and perfect for a vacation of any length. Perfect for family trips, couples getaways, solo adventures and friend getaways. This property is close to anything you want to do in that area. Has a nice pool, basketball, firepit, BBQ spots, places to relax and enjoy your drink or coffee to watch the sunset over the lake or sit under the starry...

“Everything was great. One suggestion would be to add more coffee if guests are there more than 1 night plus stirrer. I wish there were coasters for drinks as well. Very clean place and comfortable. Easy to check in and communication with owner as well”

“The room was so clean, comfy and just what we needed. The amenities were endless and would be perfect for all ages! The only reason we didn’t rate this 5 stars was the air conditioner had the most annoying high pitch sound coming from it, and the thermostat didn’t work, it only let us put the temp up and down, so we were unable to shut it off! Views were amazing, especially from our room. There’s a little river out back of the lodge that’s super peaceful. There are 3 restaurants and shops feet...
