âOnce again this hotel has lived up to its friendly reputation and hospitality. Rooms are so comfortable you get a good nights sleep, breakfast was amazing, great selection and hot.
Shops could not be any more conveniently located.â
âNot great for EV drivers as when you take the car to charge, you cannot return to the hotel to park. And the cleanliness in the bathroom prevented me from bathing my 3 year old.â
âBeautiful hotel, decor was fantastic, everything spotless and of the highest standard. Breakfast was amazing - restaurant standard. Canât recommend this place highly enough, 5 mins walk down the hill to the town â

âHotel Staff were Very Nice. Parking/ Car Park is accessible. The bedroom was nice but maybe on the smaller side. The bed had a few back marks on the sheets.
One downside to being next to the sea is that you can hear the seagulls all night but this isnât the hotels fault. No coffee or Tea in the room.

âA fantastic castle experience: itâs so much more interesting to stay in one than just looking. The staff were friendly and helpful and food was good too. There were a lot of stairs to negotiate to reach our top floor accommodation.â
âWe stayed for 5 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Sally and Paul were perfect hosts, friendly and chatty. The room was clean and well equipped. The location was great, not too far from the centre or the attractions but nice and quiet. Only had breakfast once but it was delicious. Everything was clean and we had all we needed. Definitely will be booking again when we can â

âReally lovely room, comfy bed and facilities available. staff were very friendly and helpful, so close to the retail park and easy 3-4 minute walk to the bus stop to get into the city centre.we will be back.â
âWhat stunning hotel, we had a junior suite, and it was such a great space. Plenty of room for starters. Tones of natural light, with a fantastic view of the Millennium and Tyne Bridge.
Pure comfort and luxury, if we didnât have plans I would have chilled in the room more, thatâs how nice the room was. â
