“We liked staying at this hotel. It wasn't to far to the shopping area and they had a shuttle bus that would take us. One thing I loved was the help I got from the staff especially from a woman working there.the airline lost my luggage when I arrived at sabah airport. I got it back my last day. She did everything she could to help me get my lost baggage back from the airport and even told one of the boys from the reception to drive us 2 the airport so we would get it back. Just want to send love...

Very good service, clean rooms, living up to the Hilton standard. ”

“The staff were extremely helpful and attentive!. They even have powerbanks and charging cables in e room. It's also near to the airport so if you do not want to hear aeroplanes then may nt work for you. ”
“A surprisingly well priced little gem. A little tricky to find, once inside it’s a tidy and clean haven from the bustling world outside. We stopped for a short night after flying in and checked in (with a super-friendly lady) at about 23:30!
Bed was very comfy and The Botanist room was lovely and had a private bathroom. A lovely little find for a low price!”

“Roof top pool. Friendly staff. Fast internet (compared to other hotels in Kota Kinabalu).
Lots of vegetarian food at the hotel (don't think they served any meet) and they hardly had anything of what the menu said - big minus! Far away from the city centre, which means lots of taxi bills!”
“We arrived at nearly 10pm and didnt have the self check-in details so we had to send a text to receive the door codes. One of the rooms they said was ours already had people sleeping inside! Fortunately they gave us another room and we found them simple but comfortable. The shower was excellent!”

Absolutely amazing communication immediately after booking. They send you all the details. And tell you to update them when you're on your way. So if you're lost they will help you find the way.
The interior design, the lighting, the quality and finishing, the marble used. You would think you are at a 5 star hotel. But the prices are waaaaay more attainble and what you're pay for. You are getting a bargain.
