âWe liked staying at this hotel. It wasn't to far to the shopping area and they had a shuttle bus that would take us. One thing I loved was the help I got from the staff especially from a woman working there.the airline lost my luggage when I arrived at sabah airport. I got it back my last day. She did everything she could to help me get my lost baggage back from the airport and even told one of the boys from the reception to drive us 2 the airport so we would get it back. Just want to send love...

âThe staff were extremely helpful and attentive!. They even have powerbanks and charging cables in e room. It's also near to the airport so if you do not want to hear aeroplanes then may nt work for you. â
âThe reception were very friendly and helpful. I made a last min request via email past midnight and wasn't expecting the staff to check the mail in time since I'm checking in on the same day, few hours later but they did, very much appreciated. Very good service, clean rooms, living up to the Hilton standard. â

âMy boyfriend and I stayed at AC Residence first one night when arriving to Kota Kinabalu and then one more night when returning to Kota Kinabalu after some days in Sandakan.
The rooms have great standard and with all amenities you can need. Theyâve really thought about what you need when traveling.
The staff are super helpful with quick response time over WhatsApp. They stored our luggage during our trip to Sandakan and it stood waiting for us in the room when we checked in again - so...
âThe capsules were very clean and comfortable. Reception desk associates were friendly and accomodating. 7-11 is around the corner, much as several local cafes/eateries. Imago mall is ~10 minutes walk (take a shortcut via Jalan Kemajuan).â

âRoof top pool. Friendly staff. Fast internet (compared to other hotels in Kota Kinabalu).
Lots of vegetarian food at the hotel (don't think they served any meet) and they hardly had anything of what the menu said - big minus! Far away from the city centre, which means lots of taxi bills!â
âWe arrived at nearly 10pm and didnt have the self check-in details so we had to send a text to receive the door codes. One of the rooms they said was ours already had people sleeping inside! Fortunately they gave us another room and we found them simple but comfortable. The shower was excellent!â
âA surprisingly well priced little gem. A little tricky to find, once inside itâs a tidy and clean haven from the bustling world outside. We stopped for a short night after flying in and checked in (with a super-friendly lady) at about 23:30!
Bed was very comfy and The Botanist room was lovely and had a private bathroom. A lovely little find for a low price!â
