The guy at the reception was generally helpful. It was easy to check in and check out. However, the room was not as I expected. There was not enough lighting, and the sockets on one of the walls were not working; because of that, the TV, mini refrigerator, microwave, and one of the lights were not working. The bedsheet had very light stains. Also, there were empty little zip bags in several places in the room. In the room and the bathroom, there were little coins, and this made me think that the room was not cleaned properly after the last guest checked out. It took minutes for the hot water to be available. So, I needed to wait for a couple of minutes to take a shower. The space between the door and the doorframe was wide enough to let all the noise outside into the room. Maybe this was only my room, and the other rooms were better. But for me, overall, this was not a good experience.
