Quiet cul-de-sac in a newer South Sacramento development. Florin Creek Park and Recreation Center is directly across the street — great for kids, morning walks, or an evening jog. Shopping centers and restaurants are nearby along Florin Road and Stockton Boulevard.

Downtown Sacramento is about 15 minutes north. Sacramento International Airport is approximately 25 minutes away.

Street and driveway parking available. A car is recommended. This is the owner`s home, and he stays here between guests. You`ll find some of his personal touches, and a few closets and drawers are reserved for his belongings and are off-limits to guests. Everything else in the home is yours to use.
Parties: No parties or events of any kind.

Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Guests: Maximum 8. Please book with your full guest count; visitors must be approved by us in advance.

Smoking: No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home.

Parking: Please park in the driveway or on the street, but not in front of neighbors` homes.

Cleaning/Checkout: Checkout is 11:00 am; no late checkout. We do a thorough cleaning after each guest`s stay. Before leaving: dishes in the sink, used towels gathered, trash and recycling in the indoor bins, lights and AC/heat off, door locked.

Restrooms: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet, including wet wipes and flushable wet wipes.

Lost Items: Please do not forget anything in the home. Unfortunately, we cannot package and ship things that are left behind.

Pets: Pets welcome, up to 2. Pet fee is charged at booking. Please keep pets off furniture and pick up after them.
Wash any used dishes and start the dishwasher (we`ll put them away).
Start a load of towels (we`ll switch them to the dryer).
