Modern, Spacious home with a private yard

Summary:
Only minutes from local shops, pizza, breweries, the Golden 1 Center, Sacramento State University, major highways and midtown, this is a spacious and modern 2 story home. The UC Davis Med Center is less than a mile away, too.

Our goal is that each guest have a great lodging experience. We hope that part of this is achieved through the unique, homey and homey space we’ve worked really hard to create!

The Space:
This is a 2 story space that includes 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. Please note that this is a family’s home. Persons still live in the home on occasion. Personal items are left behind in most of the cupboards, closets and refrigerator. Some areas are also marked private. Also, the space includes toys in the kids room.

Guest Access:
All areas except for those marked as “private” are accessible for guests.

The Neighborhood:
Oak Park is a rapidly gentrifying area. The area is generally quiet, but sometimes (usually on the weekends/evenings) there are the occasional festivities. The house is about a 7 minute walk from the always fun broadway triangle; an area with great shops, breweries, and a kick ass bookstore. I love the Plant Foundry (nursery and garden) and i think you might, too. Also, if you're stopping by in the Summer months (May - September) I highly reccommend a visit to Oak Park Gather- a neighborhood event featuring local food and beverage vendors, cool crafts AND live music!

Getting Around:
if you get the chance, try the city's newest form of transit - electric scooter sharing! Electric scooters are becoming more and more popular in the area and are a really fun way to get around. Of course Uber and Lyft are readily available, too.

Public transportation runs up and down the main cross street (Broadway); although we’re not the best with navigating the routes. Midtown is a 4 minute car ride away.

Other Things to Note:
Please be mindful of the garbage and recycling bins in the backyard. Please use them appropriately. Note that regular cleanings are scheduled during the week. The cleaner may access the home to complete.

NOTE: We do NOT HAVE cable services. We offer streaming services such as Netflix, Roku, Prime, & Hulu. (Guest has to use their own Netflix account)

We are available mostly via messaging in the app and calls as needed. If you need personal assistance, we are a few blocks away and can assist!
