**Based on the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken extra steps in disinfecting our homes. We have a zero-contact, self-check-in process.** This home has 4 bed/2 baths with free on-site parking, WiFi, air conditioning, kitchen with all the amenities, laundry, and a 55" 4k TV with Netflix. All the bedrooms are equipped with a queen-size bed. Our mattress will provide you with great comfort to rest at night. Relax with your family and our cozy living room with an additional sofa queen bed. Walking distance to Kaiser Hospital, light rail station, minutes to brand new Delta Shores shopping center, parks, Cosumnes River College, and freeway access. SEE YOU SOON!!!!

Pets are not allowed at this property. Violating the no-pet rules will result in eviction & HOA and/or RnR-imposed fines of up to $1,500. We understand the importance of Trained Service & ESA dogs & can help you find a dog-friendly home for your stay—we have many of them. If you have a service/support dog, are unable to find alternate lodging & insist on staying in this property, you will be charged a refundable security deposit to cover any damage, extra cleaning, or fines for violating the HOA and/or RnR house rules.

NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and monitors decibel levels in living areas and outside to protect you from noise complaints.

This home may also have security cameras to ensure parking does not exceed legal requirements. We care about your safety and security. We do not permit any video security devices inside our homes.

- Two parking spaces on the driveway and ample free street parking.

- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed.
- Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
- No parties allowed.
- We don't allow visitors from our guest.
- No pets.
- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a $300 fee).
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither).
- Locals must contact us before booking.
- We have a ring doorbell at the front door for security reasons

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roach, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
