“The man at the front desk was super nice, and helpful. But the room was pretty gross. The cabinets were dirty , drawers had crumbs and dirt. The ac did not work. The man at the front tried to help and be accommodating but we decided to stay elsewhere , so we received a full refund with no problem.”

“The hotel was quite run down, with chipping paint, and trim, bubbles on the ceiling where leaks had happened, a dirty bathtub and a noisy refrigerator that sounded like a running truck. When it stopped, it sounded like the truck ran over a dozen coke bottles. The furnishings looked 50 years old, with dings and scratches. “This seems to be a hotel with fairly new, young managers trying to make it work. But the task may be overwhelming...our room had a leaky faucet, absolutely nothing in the way of amenities except the giest bar of soap (shampoo is on request at the front desk), and we killed the cockroach that crawled out from behind the picture on the wall.”

“Room recently looked to be redone but overall had a damp smell to it. Enough so I went out to buy an air fresher after the first night. Pool area and lobby were nice. Parts of the room including signage, thermostat, etc were super old looking.”

“A lot of people live there and it feels insecure. One Con is office closes at 10pm if you have an emergency there is no one to assist you, if you need a key you will be locked out.”
