"Layout of room was dumb. Breakfast hot food nasty. Location great. Pool and hot tub were both fine. No perks for Expedia customers. Dial brand bath products. Half a roll of toilet paper. Coffee was really good. Price and location make this place okay."

"We were able to check in very easily and before 4 o’clock, which was nice. The hotel is very quiet and surrounded by a beautiful area. The hot breakfast in the morning is fantastic."

"It was the perfect place for us to stay. We had 6 adults and one infant. We came to visit to explore Duluth for a weekend and the short 20-25 minute drive was just right for us. The property was nice and tidy and everything we needed was provided. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"
