“Great apartment. Has great facilities including well equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, smart TV and a great internet connection. The room are spacious and had air conditioners. The residence lies within a large complex of homes with good security which made us comfortable. Although downtown Cairo was a stretch to get, taxis were readily available at affordable rates so we went into town on a daily basis. There are a few malls within 10 minutes drive with pretty much all the shops....

“My experience at this hotel was terrible. The bed sheets were dirty and smelled awful. There were roaches in the hotel. The staff ignored all my messages. I booked 6 days but checked out after 2 because I couldn’t sleep properly in those conditions. When I left, the staff didn’t care and didn’t even apologize. This was completely unacceptable.”
