“Clean and tidy property. Well suited to a large gathering (stag in our case). Easy to locate and useful to have cheap public carpark next door. Train station a short walk away with regular trains into Chester. Appreciate the en-suites in each room. We enjoyed our stay!”

“The building is not the one that they insinuate it is, that is the hotel it is next to which I found misleading. There are stains all over the walls, bed is really uncomfortable and found someone else’s hair on my pillowcase with random stains. The toilet does not flush properly. I will say it is in great location tho”

“The house suited our needs, however the lounge was upstairs although on the plans it was on the ground floor and we had elderly parents who couldn’t climb the stairs. We arrived to overflowing bins which smelt very bad and they weren’t sorted until the following morning. The photographs are clearly out of date as the accommodation is tired and is used as a HMO.”

“Instructions re which ramp to use (up or down) to enter car park under the apartment block were not clear. We went up ramp but key fob provided would not open the gates so had to reverse back down ramp to try the ramp going underground. Not a good start! On entering apartment found it to look a lot different to pictures on website. There was no coffee table or furniture unit. The floor was damaged in one corner by the table. The kitchen floor had crumbs over it, the skirting boards were dirty,...

“Excellent well equipped accommodation ”

“Location was superb. Very basic accommodation- only two pillows on bed, absolute minimum should be two pillows per person. (We needed to use the cushions off the lounge as well as the bed) Little extras like “fresh”teabags, box of tissues and hand soap for bathroom basin would be nice, bed or couch throw for extra warmth. ”

“Tyvärr var standarden på våra lägenheter under all kritik. Smutsiga och fläckiga stolar, samma sak med heltäckningsmattan. I en lägenhet saknades rumsbord, men det fanns ett matbord i glas som var på väg att gå sönder. Därmed fanns det ingenstans att sitta och äta. Det var kallt på rummet och brandlarmet gick igång vid två olika tillfällen under 4 dagar. En gång tidigt på söndagmorgon och höll på i ca. 10 minuter. Värst var dock en av toaletterna som var en s.k. kvarntoalett, som maler...
