“A very well-equipped and comfortable property in an excellent location. Flat comprises 2 decent sized bedrooms, a fully equipped bathroom and a kitchen-diner-living space. All was in working order and had all we needed for our stay. The host was very friendly and gave us a comprehensive welcome email for arrival- including some very useful directions for the labyrinth that is Saundersfoot! There were no issues with check-in, parking or check-out.”

“Awful! Do not stay here. Absolutely stank of sewage, contacted the owner and was ignored, contacted again the day after and again ignored. A man then turned up at pur apartment late afternoon asking if we had "stepped in dog sh*t" and we hadnt and answered no so he then went on to tell us he ignored our message because he thought it was a scam but he checked the pipes and there was no issues and it hadnt smelled when he was there before we got there. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. ”
