Ritchie was available to answer any of our questions at anytime, and was ready with suggestions and recommendation for anything we might want to do on the island. Joan took care of us at the apartment and even showed us around in town. We hope to come back to Grenada and stay again. Would recommend.”

“The property appears to be a typical grenada home, perched on a hill. It is within walking distance of the Spice Island Marine Services boatyard where we were comissioning the boat. Best however to have a car rented, as the location is close to the number 1 bus but up a long hill. We were hoping to extent 10 days but the place was booked on the requested extension dates. Carla is a delight to work with, and as it turns out she helped us find a place in another property that she knew was...

“Lots of sunshine intermingled with quick rain downpours. Property was great and Linnette was so helpful. Very restfull evenings listening to the sea.”

“Great place. Kids enjoyed the kayaks and easy access to the bay. This is the bottom unit of a stacked duplex, but we didn’t hear the upstairs neighbors unless we were outside on deck. The only suggestion I would make is that it would have been nice to have more information at the residence about the island (I.e. good beaches to visit, recommendations on restaurants, things to do, etc).”

“I needed to find another apartment. The property was not as advertised. There were cracks on the stairs. There was a smell of urine in the bathroom. There were debris on the side of the property. We couldn’t use the microwave because it smokes when in use, the refrigerator was cool and not cold. There laundry hanging in the laundry room”
