“Would definitely stay here again. The views are unbelievable! The home is very well maintained with kitchen so well stocked. I’ve stayed in many VRBOS in past and never had a place that literally had everything ready. From coffee to beach chairs it was there for our use. Host very responsive. The drive up here is a bit overwhelming at first. Just try to avoid nighttime when looking (our flight was delayed and unfortunately they didn’t work out for us) You definitely need the jeep but the payoff...

“We had a great stay at Ryan’s place in point pleasant! The location was perfect- 5 minutes to groceries and several beach options, plus walking distance to resort amenities like great restaurants when we got sick of driving. The villa itself has amazing views, comfortable bed, and is furnished with everything we needed. Really appreciated the access to beach chairs and a cooler to borrow as well! ”

“We stayed on this property March 31, through April 4th 2026. While the view is stunning from this property, it still needs a little TLC. Many things need upgraded. The beach chairs need to be replaced, outdoor furniture could be upgraded, and some of the holes in the concrete walls should be repaired. Overall, the check-in process was outstanding, the view was amazing and property itself was nice. Also, if you rent a jeep parking is very limited. I would suggest each unit should have its own...

“After a long travel day our host made us feel like we were coming home. She graciously toured the house with us. Gifted a bottle of rum and punch for us. Filtered water was waiting in the frig which was especially nice after traveling and arriving after dark. No late night runs to find water. The villa is super comfortable with two bedroom suites. The pool granted a beautiful view out to the bay. We highly recommend this villa to enjoy St John. ”
