âRuben welcomed us to the house personally then gave us our privacy after that. He answered all questions and requests promptly, but his house was a JEWEL in the Nicoya area. My wife's family is from Nicoya and we have stayed in the area 35 years. Ruben's house WOWED us. It blended into the tropical landscape, was only one floor, but was HUGE.
