“Excellent apartment for easy access to all the sites: 15’ walk to Sant’Antonio in one direction and 15’ to the Arena chapel in the other direction. As it’s an upper floor apartment, there are 50 steps to climb. But the outdoor rooftop terrace ( perfect for breakfast!) more than makes up for that. It has A/c units in the living room and master bedroom. Grocery store is 10’ walk away. Highly recommended.”

“Nicolò could not have been more welcoming and helpful, he arrived in his bicycle to let us in and show us around, he gave us lots of local information including many dining options, he provided maps and tourist guides. The apartment is very airy and light, and extremely quiet despite being absolutely central, right on one of the busiest pedestrian streets in the city, an extremely convenient location. there is a little balcony and the windows The windows are screened against the mosquitoes....

“Nice place, and 3 minute walk to catch 20 minutes bus ride to go into Venice - just know if you go in summer months the AC is just in the hallway, this means even though separate bedrooms you cannot close door for privacy or it gets hot in the room, we were there during heatwave so may not be as bad during regular temps.”

The neighborhood was busy with tourists, but it felt safe. The apartment was quiet. The instructions for using the apartment were well documented. The host communicated very well.
