âThis is our fifth stay at the Valley Hotel- beautiful property in the heart of Homewood. Ashley always checks us in and is friendly and so welcoming and does a super job. We will return again soon!!â
âThis is a newly built property so in great condition. We booked a Studio King and the room was huge. It had a sitting area with a large sofa, a huge work space area and a kitchen. Everything is clean and modern. The breakfast had more options than you normally get, 8 toppings for oatmeal, 4 hot entrees, waffles, small quiches, yogurts, and breads.
The front desk was very personable. Convenient location to Homewood and Mountain Brook. â
âThis was my second visit in six weeks. We wanted on son to experience the house and Birmingham. As my previous experience, it was lovely and we enjoyed the bird house room more. The bird house truly suits a family and my husband and son enjoyed having a TV in the room. I'm also happy to see some of my previous suggestions were implemented in just a couple of weeks. My best experience is still the other guests as well as the house. I will be back but it will not be so soon đđ.â
âThe breakfast and dinner were very good. However, the room I was given wasnât idealâit was located near the elevator, so I frequently heard noise from guests waiting or passing by. It made it difficult to fully relax.

âWe stayed in the Turret room and it was so cool! Two king-sized beds that were super comfy. The bed in the turret room was semi-private and the other one had a view of a tv. The bathroom was clean and nice. (But FYI there's a window to the room and you can see the person using the toilet from the room) It was nice to have access to the downstairs kitchen. We loved the neighborhood and how you could walk around to places to eat. There's a Chick-fil-A right beside the house, as well as many other...
âI was there for business travel and needed my mom to be able to take care of my baby while I worked. We had adjoining rooms which was perfect. While it is an older hotel they are in the midst of renovations - itâs clean and friendly and the location cannot be beat in terms of putting you right into Mountain Brook village. Iâm very glad we stayed here and I look forward to seeing what they do with the renovation.â
âMy stay was fine the bathrooms light didn't work and the bed was very small for two people to sleep in it and the drive up through there needed repavment it was a lot of potholes but other than that my stay was ok â

âWe had an excellent stay here. There was a god amount of space in the room for all five of us and we enjoyed the comfortable beds a lot. The breakfast was great and the kids enjoyed it. â

âWe had an amazing stay at The Painted lady. Jing was very communicative and helped with a number of recommendations. We were only staying as a brief getaway and found out Birminghamâs good scene is pretty awesome. Iâd stay at this clean, artsy, quirky, cool hotel a million times more! â
