I rented this home to celebrate Christmas with my 3 generational family, who lives all over the country. My grandchildren were worried that there wouldn't be any Christmas decorations, so we were pleasantly surprised the house was decorated and even had a tree! I had a lot of questions before we arrived, and the host responded almost immediately. We ended up having the pool heated as the weather in San Antonio was wonderfully warm, and everyone enjoyed it! The basketball court was used, along with the pool table, Ping-Pong table, and foosball! Evenings were enjoyed by a beautiful fire pit and everyone enjoyed catching up and playing together. This is definitely a large family home - stocked with games, activities, conversation areas, and a fabulously stocked kitchen. Any problem we had was addressed immediately and taken care of. I sat back and watched my family all together and thought to myself that the trip couldn't have been any better or more perfect.

Amazing Hill Country getaway

Absolute stunning property. The house was immaculate. Very spacious and very well prepped. The property was equally as spacious. Neighborhood was great! Great Safe area. The listing had everything you would need. No reason to even leave the house. The pool was very refreshing. Plenty of room for all ages to have fun. And the view, the view is stunning! Especially at night. By far the best property we have stayed at! If I could rate 100 stars I would, without hesitation. One hundred percent recommend this property for your next stay!

My wife, daughter, and I stayed here to celebrate her birthday and Mother’s Day, and it was genuinely one of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had. The house is not only exactly as advertised—if not better—but it’s also incredibly private, peaceful, and thoughtfully equipped with just about every amenity you could want.From the start, the host was warm, communicative, and exceptionally accommodating. I mentioned we were hoping to fully relax and avoid interruptions, and they proactively offered to reschedule lawn maintenance for after our stay—something no other host has ever done. That alone set the tone for how much care went into hosting this home.The kitchen was the most well-stocked and organized we’ve ever seen in a rental. Every drawer and cabinet had simple, helpful labels that made it easy to find what we needed without any guesswork. It’s the kind of setup that clearly came from someone who actually spent time living there and knew what would make guests feel at home.The pool, hot tub, and steam shower were all spotless and worked perfectly, making our stay feel like a true getaway. The beds and sofas were comfortable and clean, and all of the large windows—while great for natural light and gorgeous views—also had full drapes and coverings to block out light when needed. It’s clear the little things were thought through, like preventing sunlight glare on the TV.All in all, this place was exceptionally well-appointed, well-organized, and well cared for.

Great Stay

A group of women stayed here for a 60th birthday celebration and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The property was clean and spacious and well equipped. There was plenty of room for gathering together and retreating on our own. It was about a half hour drive to the Alamo and Riverwalk and about an hour drive to some wineries and Fredericksburg. Had a lovely and peaceful view outside. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to the area.

Great stay in Holetes overlooking San Antonio

Love this house! Perfect for our family of 13. So close to San Antonio’s attractions. Owner was very responsive to any questions or issues (no major issues!). Plenty of spread out space for our family of all ages. Pool and hot tub are great! Pool towels provided. Lots of floats available with a pump to air them up. Kitchen is well stocked. The view is amazing from this hilltop property. Beds are comfy. Definitely would stay here again!!

Great Family Vacation House.

This was a wonderful house for a multi-generational family vacation. The house was very clean, organized, well stocked, and large enough for a big group. The view was amazing! The pool was fun for everyone. Also, the location was great for the typical San Antonio attractions. We went to the River Walk and Sea World. We also just relaxed at the house and enjoyed the pool and the great sport court. Arturo was a great host! This house is a great choice for a family vacation!

Upscale Home in Helotes, TX

We loved the attention to details during our 5-night stay at the Dominguez's luxury home in Helotes with amazing views of the Texas hill country. We checked in to a very clean house and made us feel at home instantly. The house is equipped with everything you expect in a highly functional home. Wonderful family gathering

Great property, all the amenities! Wished we could have spent more time. The location was a little out of the city but worth it—has enough to entertain adults and kids without needing to go anywhere. If I had to complain about anything it would just be the heat! Obviously we were there in July, and didn’t have flexibility on dates due to family events. Would be great to have an umbrella on the pool deck, but outside of July/August it probably isn’t needed. Really a wonderful property.

Excellent home with beautiful views

Truly enjoyed our stay! We were in the San Antonio area for a funeral and this beautiful home provided us the perfect amount of space for our family. The kids enjoyed swimming, basketball and playing games when they needed a break. The views and outdoor areas provided the adults places to reflect, refresh and renew our minds and souls. Relaxing and Convenient

I was impressed with the attention to detail Arturo presented with this home. As a real estate broker I appreciated the quality of the home and it’s amenities. The personal touches did not go unnoticed. The spectacular view, relaxing pool and hot tub, as well as the outdoor kitchen and fireplace provided for an amazing time. Exactly as pictured — and even better!

Our group of 9 adults and 2 children (ages 2 and 7 months) had an absolutely wonderful 3-night stay in this luxury home, and enthusiastically recommend it for any group. We loved our stay, were sad to leave and can't wait to come back!! Here are some of the highlights: - The property is exactly as pictured and described, and surpasses expectations, with comfortable beds, cozy couches, nice kitchen appliances, great tech (TVs, WiFi, etc) and gorgeous views. - The outdoor spaces and pool are amazing (the pool heater worked great - we were very comfortable even when cloudy!). We didn't need to leave the property (except for groceries and amenities) because it was so entertaining and perfect. - The location is safe, secure and beautiful. Easy to locate, close to grocery and stores. - Clean, well-stocked, and thoughtful. Example: The host even went so far as having multiple outlets/power strips next to the beds so that you didn't have to search for an outlet to charge your phone. Also, the showers had shampoo, body wash, etc in them — like a hotel. Small things that really made it feel like a vacation. - The property manager! Arturo is so kind and such a pleasure. We had a few instances of needing to communicate with him (nothing was wrong, just an early check-in request, crib & high-chair requests, and AC guidance), and he was incredibly communicative and helpful. We could tell he wanted us to enjoy our stay, and it really set the tone for the trip! Can't wait to return!

Beyond Our Expectations!!!!

Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay here. The photos and descriptions were very accurate and the property went beyond our expectations. It made our visit to San Antonio memorable and relaxing. It was quiet, spacious and fully furnished with everything that we needed to enjoy our time together. It was a great space where the kids could enjoy the pool while others could take a nap, if they wanted to. The kitchen was fully furnished with dishes, pots and pans - everything that we needed was right there. The views were spectacular and we felt right at home from the moment we walked through the door. Having our entire family under one roof was perfect. The property really was top notch, with every detail taken care of. The host was gracious and communicated well. This was our first VRBO and we are definitely fans and will be VRBO patrons in the future.

Perfect family getaway

Upon arriving, the house smelled amazing and the host had left us a card, fresh flowers and a bottle of wine. We immediately enjoyed the pool and a game of ping pong. Our boys enjoyed playing pool and foosball inside and playing on the basketball court outside. My husband and I enjoyed the massage chair in the master bedroom and the hot tub outside. We slept very well on the comfortable beds.They thought of everything inside and out! We look forward to staying here again in the future.
