House Rules
Guests must be 21+ to rent.
No parties or events are allowed, but we always welcome small get-togethers with family and friends as long as you donât disturb neighbors and respect all house rules.
Noise complaints may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
Checkout Process
Optional (if time allows):
Strip the Sheets & Pillowcases: Remove sheets and pillowcases from beds and toss them in the washer. Starting a load is appreciated.
Towels: Place used towels in the washer or nearby.
Dishes: Wash or load dishes into the dishwasher.
Required:
Lights & Appliances: Turn off all lights, TVs, and kitchen appliances.
Pet Cleanup: Remove pet waste to avoid an additional $30 fee.
Personal Items: Double-check for belongings. Weâre not responsible for lost items.
Trash: Dispose of trash in designated outdoor bins.
Secure the Property: Close and lock all windows and doors.
Additional Reminder:
Late Checkout Policy: Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a $25/hour fee.
