Whether you’re here for leisure, business, or a bit of both, our property provides a prime base to experience all that San Antonio has to offer.

RULES

For cancellations, please note that the 3.5% credit card processing fee on any amount paid is non-refundable.

We charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

We only accept pets that are under 35 pounds, and we will ask for a picture.

Pet Fee is $150 (max 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee, as we shampoo the carpets after each pet stay. No pets on furniture, please! Also, please clean up your pet's feces or we will charge an additional $40 fee if uncleaned feces are found.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to help keep the neighborhood peaceful. You’re welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas during this time - we just ask that conversations stay at a lower volume so everyone can relax and enjoy their evening. Outdoor music and amplified speakers must remain at a respectful neighborhood volume at all times.

Note: There is a $500 fine for any noise violations / unapproved events.
