  • Welcome to your San Antonio getaway — a spacious 2,100 sq ft home designed for families and groups to relax, have fun and spend time together. Enjoy your own private backyard retreat with a relaxing hot tub, unique floating tree deck, large covered patio with comfortable seating, BBQ grill, cornhole and string lights that create a great atmosphere in the evening.

    There’s plenty of entertainment inside too! The dedicated game room features foosball, air hockey and an arcade machine — great for both kids and adults.

    The home has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 guests:
    • Primary bedroom — King bed
    • Bedroom 2 — Queen bed
    • Bedroom 3 — Two trundle beds
    • Bedroom 4 — Two twin beds

    The home also includes high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, washer and dryer, drip coffee maker and plenty of private parking. A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request.

    You’ll be in a great location for exploring northwest San Antonio, just minutes from Six Flags Fiesta Texas, The Shops at La Cantera and The RIM. You’ll also have easy access to Topgolf, UTSA, restaurants, shopping, entertainment and major highways for exploring the rest of San Antonio.

    Whether you’re spending the day at Six Flags, shopping at La Cantera, challenging the family in the game room, or simply relaxing in the hot tub under the backyard string lights, the home is set up for a memorable San Antonio stay.

    A FEW THINGS TO KNOW:

    • This is a 100% non-smoking home.

    • Pets are welcome — up to 2 per stay. Please let me know in advance if you’re bringing a pet. A $60 flat pet cleaning fee applies.

    • Small gatherings or events must be discussed and approved with me before booking. Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted. Sound-monitoring devices are installed to help prevent excessive noise. Please keep outdoor noise and music to a minimum after 10 PM.

    • The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival. You’re welcome to turn it on when you check in; please allow a few hours for it to reach your preferred temperature.

    • There is a separately occupied mother-in-law suite on the opposite side of the property. It has its own private entrance and is fully separated by fencing. No indoor or outdoor areas are shared, so you’ll have complete privacy.

    • Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee with advance approval.

The location to our event was great in that we could get to Helotes quickly and there were many good restaurants close by. Our only issue was a few beer and wine bottles were left in back yard. Other than that our host was quick with responses. We would stay there again.

Highly recommend this house

Clean, excellent amenities, great location! Great place to bring your family together and stay. Ample seating and a huge well-equipped kitchen and dining area. Outdoor patio was perfect and of course… the hot tub to relax after a day downtown or Lackland.

Wedding stay

We rented this property as a stay for our son's wedding. It was a beautiful home. So comfortable and close to everything we needed. Daniel was always available to us no matter how small our needs were . We almost hated to leave. We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting San Antonio.

The home was really nice. Very close to Marts for quick access to daily needs. Close to highway so convenient. The rooms and living area and backyard all were very spacious yet cozy too. We didn’t use the hot tub but it was clean and ready. Pac-Man game was fun. Air hockey didn’t work and was reported to host. The kitchen wasn’t very guest ready - in the sense u do have to carry even the basic stuff like salt pepper, oil. Utensils were good enough. Cooking range was great. Overall comfort of bed, pillows was decent. We had a good stay and the host was super prompt in communication. For the price… great value!

Great place

We stayed with 3 adults and 4 kiddos for one night and everyone had a blast. The house is spacious, backyard is fantastic, and there's plenty of games and fun for kids and adults alike. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit San Antonio. Daniel was very responsive and easy to work with.

Great house when traveling with teenagers

We really enjoyed this house. The floor plan and awesome outdoor space are great for spending time together. The home is very clean, including the hot tub. Unfortunately the neighbors were a bit bothersome. The people next door held a large, outdoor bible study which they used a microphone and loud speakers for. We basically had to stay inside until they finished so we didn’t disturb them.

Over all very nice house. However, the AC underpowered for the upstairs 3 bedrooms. Tech came, opened dampers/vents. Sprinkler system has broken head along back fence and shoots H20 in air. Could have a couple mirrors in bedrooms. Appreciated owner's quick help with HVAC. Also remotes for fans/lights all in same circuit. Press one and all respond! Need individual programming for each bedroom. No downstairs bedroom remote for light /fan.

Misreprestations

The original garage was converted to a living unit and three bedrooms were added above the garage. The owner stated there was a Master Suite which is false and the 4th bedroom was not legally a bedroom according to San Antonio building inspector because it should have a closet. The home was recently sold as a 3 bedroom. Code violations noted by a contractor I asked to look at the home. VRBO should screen these properties because it tarnishes it's reputation. I had to move to a hotel for four days and incurred additional costs and inconvenience. I requested a full refund of my rental fee and so far no response from the owner.

Nice house for girls weekend

We rented this house for girls weekend. We were going to a spa day at La Canterra and this house was very conveniently located. Overall we were pleased with the house. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The check in and check out process was easy. Upon arrival the air conditioning wasn’t working, and the owner sent the repair man right away. The problem was dirty air filters, so I’d suggest that the property be more thoroughly maintained prior to guest’s arrival. But the owner was very quick to respond and the problem was solved. The house is really close to the major highway, so there was some road noise for one of us who hadn’t brought white noise. Also, the downstairs bathroom sink is very tiny and made it difficult to get ready or wash hands. So just a heads up on that. Bedrooms were sized well and easy to share. Six of us stayed and we all had our own bed.

Could’ve been great

This house was misrepresented in the listing. We did not know that there would be people living directly underneath the bdrms in a separate part of the house. They were loud all through the night, until we finally pounded on the wall at 2 AM and they quieted down. This happened multiple nights. The listing also says there is a master suite - not the case. There is no bathroom attached to any bdrm. Positives: The house is updated and very clean. The backyard is great as shown in the pics. Convenient location. Kitchen is decently stocked. Negatives: No hangers in the entire house, and no dressers in 3 of the 4 bdrms. We lived out of our suitcases. No pillows on the twin beds. No garbage bags other than the one in the can when we arrived. No wi-fi (network listed in the house info was incorrect). This meant no tv the entire week. No hair dryer. We contacted the owner about each issue as they arose, received a couple apologies and nothing was taken care of. We were also told someone would reach out to us about the problems. Never heard a thing. This house has potential, but the listing needs to be truthful. And common amenities (pillows, wi-fi, hangers) need to be provided.

Check-In was great, however, once we arrived I started noticing the layout of the house. The listing states you have the home in your entirety and the owner will be 10 min and the home is yours during your stay. In the bulletin parts it states a mother in law suite. Separate from the property and you will not be bothered. However, the mother in law suite is under the second floor and the only separation is the driveway. The owner even boarded up the window to that space with slats. I will provide pictures. My personal opinion and with what I’ve seen in my life. I was not happy nor comfortable with the fact that a man was staying under the second floor. PS I would say garage but they refuse to agree it’s a garage.

Great stay for a big family! Appreciated the responsiveness of the host when we did need to communicate. Easy check in and out. Really appreciated the ease of required checklist for leaving. Backyard was great and smart tv in living room was super easy to use. Great relax spot after the days we spent out in the city.
