This 4 bedroom and 3 bath home has over 3600 sq ft. so there will be plenty of room for your entire group to enjoy the space! The home sits on a large lot with a private fenced in backyard with pool and patio that is great for entertaining. The long driveway and carports have room for multiple cars.

• An entertainer's dream! The backyard will be a memory you won’t forget with a beautiful swimming pool equipped with a basketball hoop, your whole group will be able to cool off from the San Antonio heat. When temperatures dip a bit, just add pool heating! The pool deck is equipped with 3 lounge beds and two egg chairs. The back patio is complete with an outdoor dining table, outdoor couch overlooking the movie theater and fire pit! Play some of your favorite childhood games like Ping Pong, Giant Connect 4, and Corn Hole. And when you get hungry, step on over to the grill to cook your favorite meats and veggies.

• We have large 5 large Roku/Google-enabled 4k TVs throughout the house so you can stream all your favorite shows on whichever streaming services you have. Additionally, games are everywhere in this home! We added a 8 person poker room as well a beautiful pool table, foosball table, arcade basketball, and 3 arcade games!

• Every room provides an excellent night’s sleep - all beds in the house are equipped with memory foam mattresses. One king bed in the primary bedroom with a trundle bed in case you need even more sleeping space! Two more bedrooms down the hall. One is equipped with two queen beds, the other has 4 queen beds that come in bunk bed form! Those two bedrooms have a shared bathroom with a newly remodeled shower! The fourth bedroom sits on the other side of the home and features it's own bathroom and king bed! 3 beautiful bathrooms including a free standing tub and equipped with shampoo/body wash/conditioner!

• The extra large newly remodeled kitchen is equipped with anything you need to cook your entire group a delicious meal, including all pots, pans, utensils, plates, and baking supplies you could need. You'll also have access to a blender, rice cooker, waffle maker, serving platters, and plenty of spices for all your cooking needs.

• Work from home with our dedicated desk complete with a monitor and keyboard/mouse located in the primary bedroom!

• Wifi speeds up to 1GB! Plus we put in a mesh wifi system so that you'll be able to access internet from any corner of the house.

• Coffee galore! We provide caffeinated and decaf coffee as well as plenty of tea and a tea kettle. Cream and sugar are available as well.
