Welcome to your North San Antonio getaway — a stylish 1,100 sq ft home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and space for up to 10 guests. With a custom private pool, garage gym, ping-pong and a backyard packed with things to do, this home gives families and groups plenty of ways to enjoy their time together.

**PRIVATE POOL & BACKYARD**
The backyard is the highlight of the home. Spend the day cooling off in the custom in-ground private pool, relax in the lounge seating or enjoy dinner outside under the string lights.
Gather around the fire pit in the evening, fire up the BBQ or challenge the group to a game of giant outdoor chess. The oversized patio, mature trees and outdoor lighting create a great atmosphere once the sun goes down.
The private pool is not heated.

**GARAGE GYM & GAMES**
Stay active even while you’re on vacation with a dedicated garage gym available for guest use.
You’ll also have a ping-pong table for some friendly competition, giving the group another activity to enjoy without leaving the property.

**3 BEDROOMS | SLEEPS UP TO 10**
The home accommodates families and groups of up to 10 with the following sleeping arrangements:
• Primary bedroom — King bed
• Bedroom 2 — Queen bed
• Bedroom 3 — Two Twin bunk beds
• Sofa bed — additional sleeping space for 2 guests
Each bedroom offers a comfortable place to recharge after a day exploring San Antonio or enjoying the pool.

**KITCHEN & COMFORT**
The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, utensils and the essentials needed to prepare meals at home along with a drip coffee maker for your mornings.
You’ll also have Wi-Fi, cable, a washer and dryer and comfortable indoor living spaces throughout your stay.

**LOCATION**
Conveniently located in North San Antonio with easy access to the airport, North Star Mall, the Pearl, Downtown, the River Walk, San Antonio Zoo, Botanical Garden, Six Flags Fiesta Texas and SeaWorld.
Shopping, dining and everyday essentials are also nearby.

**PARKING & ACCESS**
You’ll have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including the private pool, backyard, patio, BBQ area and garage gym with ping-pong.
Plenty of free parking is available at the property.

**A FEW THINGS TO KNOW**
• This is a 100% non-smoking home.
• High chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request.
• Small gatherings or events must be discussed and approved with me before booking. Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted. Sound-monitoring devices are installed to help prevent excessive noise. Please keep outdoor noise and music to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Pets are welcome — up to 2 per stay. Please let me know in advance if you’re bringing a pet. A $60 flat pet cleaning fee applies.
• The private pool is not heated.
• The BBQ grill uses propane. Propane is not included or guaranteed, so guests who wish to use the grill are responsible for supplying, refilling or exchanging the propane tank if needed.
• Check-in: 3 PM
• Check-out: 10 AM
• Late check-out may be available for an additional fee with advance approval.
