The property was just what we were looking for. We came to spend an early Christmas and get to know new grandchildren, 9 and 10. We enjoyed the pool, heated, the game room and that there was plenty of space for people to relax. The host was very responsive and the communication was superb. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a centrally located place to stay with plenty to do. The best part was none of the 3 children said "I am bored."

We (3 adults, 3 young kids) had a wonderful week-long stay over Christmas! Joe was incredibly responsive and accommodating from the start—he even thoughtfully offered to decorate the house for Christmas for us.What really sets this place apart are the details that many hosts overlook: the kitchen is VERY well-stocked for actual cooking, there are plenty of hooks in convenient locations, there is an accessible closet in each bedroom with bathrobes, and the blackout curtains in every room were a lifesaver for everyone’s sleep schedule (including a napping toddler). The house is comfortable, functional, and family-friendly thanks to the pool, game room, and spacious layout in the bedrooms and main spaces. A highchair, pack-n-play and alarm on the door to the pool made it a good home for a 1.5 year old. Overall, this is the best rental by owner properly I’ve had the privilege to stay at—highly recommend!

Our stay at The Tree House was perfect! The kitchen is fully stocked, the game room was awesome, the fireplace superb and we even enjoyed the heated pool in December. It truly is a beautiful property. The pictures don't do it justice. Joe was always available to answer questions and even drove over to show us how to use the heater in the pool/spa. He was super helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again. The only thing missing was washcloths but the linen, towels, and pillows were all super comfy and very clean.

Gorgeous home!Our stay at The Treehouse was excellent. The home was beautifully decorated and spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Joe, our host, was extremely accommodating and friendly.The outdoor space felt like an extension of the home — well-maintained, plenty of room for my sister’s kids to run around, and a great setup for relaxing. The pool and hot tub area had plenty of lounge chairs and a large patio table that made eating outside easy and comfortable.We definitely recommend The Treehouse to anyone looking for a large, cozy place for a family getaway. We’re already looking forward to staying again.
