Southern Comfort in Convenient Quiet Neighborhood w/hot tub

3/2 Beautiful house in North Central San Antonio Convenient to two major Highways for easy access to your San Antonio destinations. You'll feel secluded from the crowds nestled in a quiet neighborhood, yet, enjoy quick and easy access to all the hot spots. A 15 minute drive to the San Antonio Airport and within a 20-minute drive of The Alamo, The Pearl, Six Flags and Fiesta Texas. Spend a day at the Schlitterbahn Waterpark, 25 miles from us. Shopping, Restaurants, McAlister Park, Movie Theater and Ice & Golf Center are all within 5 minutes or less.

Enjoy relaxing in the hot tub in our large fenced back yard.

All the comforts of home are provided including a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances that is stocked with plenty of cookware and dish-ware. Washer and dryer, and WiFi are all included. The master bedroom includes a private bath with shower-tub, and the central hallway bath has a bath with shower-tub. The home comfortably sleeps 7 guests, a queen bed in the master, full bed and two twin beds in the guest rooms, and a futon for one individual in the living area. All bed and bath linens are provided.

The home is well stocked so you can pack light. Soaps, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap are all included as well as coffee, sugar, and creamer.

The door is equipped with a digital lock, and you receive a unique code for your stay. No need to check in anywhere, and no keys to keep up with. Arrive, let yourself in, and make yourself at home!

***Alternative terms and payment arrangements for long-term stays (30+ nights, September through March). Monthly rate is $2375 plus a one time cleaning fee. Book 3 months and get the 3rd month for $2250

We were in San Antonio for the funeral of my brother. The location of the house was central to all the places we needed to go and to other relatives who were staying in the area. There were four adults sleeping and everyone was comfortable. We were able to have other relatives visit at various times during our stay and there was plenty of space to accommodate everyone.Julie the host was very kind and easy to communicate with, she even left snacks which we enjoyed!Nice quiet neighborhood.

Comfortable and convenient.

Location was convenient to the airport and our adventures. House was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our party of 5 to spread out. Enjoyed the hot tub at sunset! Easy check in and check out procedures.

NYE at SixFlags

The house was the perfect size, in a very cute and quiet and what felt like a safe subdivision. I traveled with a group of tween girls (5) to visit Six Flags Fiesta Texas. Overall the house was the great, I gave it 4 stars because the hot tub was not clean and that was one of the reasons for the rental. The backyard lighting was also quite dark so that wasn’t very appealing. I would totally rent again, if there is a guarantee the hot tub will be clean.

Quiet and comfy

This was a really nice place. The beds were comfortable. The showers were great. A sweet welcome basket of goodies awaited us and my kids were thrilled with the snacks. Communication was timely and pleasant. We would highly recommend!

Nice Home

House is located in a really nice neighborhood we felt very safe. We even saw deer walking in the front yard. Julie responded to all my questions and very helpful. The beds were very comfortable.

Awesome House and Location

The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood close to local attractions and the airport. The property was well stocked with basic spices, laundry detergent and TP. Our family all agreed we would stay here every time we are in San Antonio.

Disappointing to say the least

First red flag was that I received an email from the host at 5pm saying the her cleaning lady did not show up to clean the house, our check in time was supposed to be 3pm but we had decided to stop in Austin before checking so we had not checked in, she was able to get it "cleaned" prior to our arrival but she left a few towels and bath mats in the dryer to finish drying. Upon arrival I went to get the stuff out of the dryer and the stuff was still damp so I started the dryer again, when we took our stuff to the master bedroom it smelled like mildew, we figure out it was the bedding that had that smell. The description says it's well stocked with soaps, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels, there was no shampoo and each bathroom had a half of a toilet paper roll so we had to go get so, the kitchen also did not have what it shows on the description, no coffee or creamer, there was expired stuff in the refrigerator and a half drank soda. The place looked like it had not been swept or mopped. Overall I would not stay there again or recommend, at least not for that price. I also want to add that I did not try to contact the host because we were able to make do or fix the issues ourselves.
