In Town for an Event at the Convention Center

The host was super nice and easy to work with. The house was perfect as a home base during our stay and was a wonderful central location for the convention center and airport! Definitely would recommend and book again!

Very roomy house and quiet neighborhood

The host was amazing and very responsive to questions before and during our stay. The house is beautiful and spacious, in a very quiet neighborhood. Every room is nicely furnished with very comfortable beds. There were plenty of towels, including for the hot tub. We highly recommend this home for a family or friends stay..

Great stay in San Antonio

Great spot, in a nice neighborhood and close to downtown. Very comfortable and pretty house. We did run into a brief issue with the air conditioning, but the host responded very quickly and had someone out to fix in within minutes.

Great San Antonio house

Charming house in a great location. Plenty of room for our group of 5 adults. We enjoyed our stay and Brent was extremely responsive when we had a slight problem with the AC. He sent Jose over immediately to fix the issue. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location for downtown access

The property was exactly as described and perfect for our group attending the Final 4. It was a short drive/uber walk to the River Walk and Alamodome. Brent was a very responsive host as well.

Fantastic location and ideal for a large multi- generational (ages 84-23) family to stay. Our extended family traveled to San Antonio from all over the USA for a long weekend wedding which included several events in the area. The home provided a great spot to reconnect over a large dining table and numerous living spaces to visit as well as watch golf for those not golfing throughout the weekend. Brent was prompt, friendly and responsive to all our questions. He provided detailed prechecking, arrival, and departure instructions.Because of our schedule we did not use the hot tub. All bathrooms were clean and had ample soap, towels, and supplies. Kitchen was large and had basic items. We did not “cook” while staying at the home. Most of our meals were catered or eaten off site. Thank you for helping us create forever memories in San Antonio!

Lovely neighborhood

Our family and friends included a range of kids' ages from toddlers to teens, and it was comfortable for everyone. Off-street parking for 3 vehicles was a tremendous bonus!

Fantastic Stay in a Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was awesome, very clean, roomy enough for all of us, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub worked great, the air conditioning kept the house cool in the Texas heat, and the beds were cozy after long days. There was plenty of parking, and we loved the location. It was convenient and easy to get where we needed to go, just a couple of minutes to the Riverwalk and about 15 minutes from Six Flags. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

My overall impression is the property is very nice, we chose this property based on it being listed as seven bedrooms counting a bonus room added to the primary room is not considered as a bedroom, and the street parking was kind of sketchy when being told you are not allowed to park on the street but yet there was parking on the streets everyday all as well as night .... but nevertheless we made it work and enjoyed our stay.

June stay

The house was great for my family and I go attend our son's wedding. It was hot (June) in San Antonio, and the AC did not work great. Someone came to fix it, but on the next to the last day, it still was not working very well. It is an older home, but some of the bedrooms were very warm.

Excellent Location

What a fantastic home. We had a party of 9 that consisted of 2 families. The teens had their own bedrooms and hangout space. There were enough bathrooms for the adults to have their own and the teens have their own. The renovation is stylish and the use of natural materials adds warmth. The location was perfect for downtown adventurers as well as easy access to the freeways for travel to new braunfels or San Marcos. Highly recommend this home. Owner was very responsive to any questions.
