  • Welcome to your San Antonio getaway — a spacious 1,650 sq ft home designed for families and groups to relax, have fun and spend time together. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and plenty of space for your group, this home combines a private pool, game room and huge backyard with a great northwest San Antonio location.

    **PRIVATE POOL & BACKYARD**

    The backyard is one of the highlights of the home. Spend the day by your private pool with a large sun deck and lounge seating then enjoy the huge yard shaded by mature Texas oak and pecan trees.

    Fire up the BBQ, challenge the family to cornhole or gather around the fire pit in the evening. String lights throughout the backyard create a relaxing atmosphere after the sun goes down.

    **GAME ROOM**

    Keep the fun going inside with a dedicated game room featuring a pool table, arcade machine and games for all ages.

    **SLEEPING & COMFORT**

    • Primary bedroom — King bed + Smart TV
    • Bedroom 2 — Queen bed
    • Bedroom 3 — Full/twin bunk bed + pull-out trundle
    • Queen air mattress available for additional guests

    The living room offers comfortable seating and a Smart TV with Netflix and cable. You’ll also have a fully equipped kitchen, drip coffee maker, fast Wi-Fi and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

    **LOCATION**

    You’ll be in a great location for exploring northwest San Antonio just minutes from Six Flags Fiesta Texas, The Shops at La Cantera and The RIM.

    The area offers plenty of restaurants, shopping and entertainment nearby with easy access to Topgolf, UTSA and major highways for exploring the rest of San Antonio.

    Whether you’re spending the day at Six Flags, challenging the family in the game room or relaxing by your private pool, this home is set up for a memorable San Antonio getaway.

    **A FEW THINGS TO KNOW**

    • This is a 100% non-smoking home.
    • High chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request.
    • Pets are welcome — up to 2 per stay. Please let me know in advance if you’re bringing a pet. A $60 flat pet cleaning fee applies.

    • Small gatherings or events must be discussed and approved with me before booking. Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted. Sound-monitoring devices are installed to help prevent excessive noise. Please keep outdoor noise and music to a minimum after 10 PM.

    • Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM.
    • Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee with advance approval.

The communication was great with the host, great for our little dogs, plenty of room, well accommodated with games. Very clean home and was very comfortable with AC. Thank you we enjoyed our stay, hopefully we will make a trip back to San Antonio.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to others. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The layout worked great for our children, and the amenities provided plenty of opportunities for fun and relaxation. Our children especially enjoyed themselves, and it made for a memorable day and a perfect late-night sleepover.There were a few minor maintenance items that could use attention, but they did not take away from our experience or make the property any less enjoyable. Overall, this was a great rental, and we would be happy to stay here again.

We had a great time during our stay. The house was clean, the pool and game room were great for the kids, and the beds were comfortable which isn’t always the case with rental houses. Close to an HEB & Walmart, 6 Flags & Sea World. Will stay again the next time we visit family in San Antonio.

San Antonio get away

We had a great time and a pleasant stay. The house was tidy and close to everything we needed. The host was very responsive to any messages and checked in multiple times to see if we needed anything!

Great location, comfy

This place has a great location with easy access to the interstate and none of the noise. Distance to the attractions and sights is all under 15 minutes. Check in was easy, everything was clean, all the necessary amenities for a temporary home.

Summer Getaway

The property is conveniently located near a highway, which is easily accessible. However, it is still in a quiet residential neighborhood, which is great for relaxing after a long day out enjoying everything San Antonio has to offer.

Seaworld family trip

This house was perfect for hosting our family and friends as we visited Seaworld for the weekend. Location was great; there was also a cute park across the street for us to walk to with the kids which was a bonus. We loved the pool! The kids loved the game room and bunk bed room. We would definitely stay again!

Eclipse Road Trip

We had a great time here. My kids loved the pool table and Pac Man game. I was bummed we didn't have time to enjoy the backyard.

Our stay was great, the property was just as expected. The host was incredibly helpful & communicative. I resuscitation live the gated pool given i have a 2y/o. Oh & we LOVED the fire pits.

Great family place

This property was perfect for us. We took our two kids and two grandkids on a sea world vacation and there was plenty of room. The private pool was fantastic for the grandkids. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals there. I would recommend this property to any family going to San Antonio.
