Summary:

Entire house. Come and relax in this beautiful house in far west San Antonio. Located near main attractions. (Lackland AFB, UTSA, Six Flags, Seaworld, Airport, Shops at La Cantera, Hill Country Resort, National Shooting Complex) Fresh paint and furnishings throughout. 3 bedrooms upstairs. 2 TV's (Primary bedroom & Living room)2 full baths upstairs half bath downstairs. Study area with desk. 2 sofas in living room which fold to sleep one each. Wireless high speed internet.



Guest Access:

Virtual lock with a personalized code for entry. Check-in instructions are sent as it gets closer to your check in time.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet well kept established neighborhood. Minimal traffic with numerous exits to reach the highway.

NO PARTIES. NO GATHERINGS (anyone outside of the reservation number of guests). All guests must be mentioned; including visitors.



Each additional guest after 4 will incur a $25 per person per night fee. All pets must be included in reservation. There is a $120 fee per pet, per stay.



NO SMOKING. (indoors and outdoors).



Security cameras outdoors only, for liability and your safety.



MAIL: We do not have access to the mailbox at this property. If you choose to have packages delivered to the doorstep, you are welcome to do so. Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for any issues such as theft by porch pirates or delayed arrivals.

This is a spacious house in an established suburban neighbor with sidewalks, located near* our family residences and grocery stores. It is clean and furnished with all necessities.*Near is a relative term, within 15-minutes by car.

The check in process was difficult. I didn't get any information from the address to security code until 30 minutes before check in.The place is ok but could really use some upgrades. It doesn't look like the posted photos anymore. The brown couch is falling apart and very uncomfortable.Like someone else said the air conditioner is LOUD. When it comes on you can't hear the TV but I would rather have working A/C than none.They did reach out to me to make sure everything was ok but the whole check in process started everything off on a negative note. I've never heard of waiting until 30 minutes before check in to get any information. Was worried I'd be sleeping in my car!

Hard beds, odd stairs, cockroach, wasps

The AC is So Loud! You have to turn the tv up so when it kicks off the TV is blaring. The thermostat needs directions- it took us two days to figure out how to adjust the temp. It gets hot upstairs at night. Found a large live cockroach on the floor, and a wasps nest in the fence door. We received a msg from the owner On Wednesday saying we needed to take the trash can (full of garbage from a previous tentant) out to the curb that night which was how i discovered the wasps nest. When we first arrived, the left sink in the master bath was full of tiny ants. I rinsed them down the sink - they didnt come back for the rest of the stay. The other 2nd floor bathroom has mildew. The couches are uncomfortable and the orange one's arms are barely holding on. When we first arrived, the front door code ("the last 4 digits of your phone number" - as in my phone #) didnt work. I tried it 5x. Sent a msg via vrbo, called the owner's number, left a vm, and then sent a text. We waited a bit and then my husb tried the code 3 more times and it finally worked. I didnt hear back from the owner for about an hour. The beds are HARD on a LOW platform frame - we barely slept. The stairs actually hurt to walk on barefoot - they have an odd thick wall trim on top at the front. We ended up cutting our trip short by 2 days because of all of this.

Nice house, close to Lackland, as described

Came for son's BMT graduation. House as described, the 3 bedrooms all upstairs. Everything worked well. Nice and clean, host communication good. Enjoyed the stay!
