“Location was perfect. Walking down to the beach every morning and having coffee on the pier was exactly what I was looking for. Place was stocked with everything you need for the beach, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, frisbee. Only thing I missed was a bbq. There is a big deck downstairs but no bbq. Minor thing, really, but missed it. Great view for the sunset, dipping behind Catalina Island. Well stocked with towels, and everything you need in the kitchen. Thank you.”
