There are several grocery stores close by - Sprouts, Vons (both deliver), Gelson’s and Trader Joes. Many great restaurants close by. Our kitchen is stocked for cooking including a full size fridge and freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, all cooking utensils, and even a gas grill on the patio!

This cozy home is great for singles, couples, adventurers, business travelers and couples with 1-2 children (again, NOT 4 adults). Absolutely no parties or loud noise. And please, no overnight guests who aren’t registered in the booking or you will be asked to leave with no refund issued.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, nightstands, closet, luggage rack and its own recently renovated tiled shower. For families with babies and toddlers (0-3), we provide a portable crib and the sofa pulls out into a queen size bed, easily accommodating 1 adult comfortably or 2 children. Smart TV for entertainment (log in to your Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, Disney, etc accounts).
The patio has a gas grill, fire pit, and outdoor furniture to relax and is enclosed with a fence. Beach cruisers are provided to explore the area as well as a beach wagon for walks and activities. Play in the water (swim, boogie board or surf) or just relax and stroll along the beach.
Our fully outfitted, renovated designer kitchen has Corian countertops and stainless steel appliances and comes complete with utensils, plates, glasses, coffee machine & coffee, refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher, toaster and microwave.
You'll also stay nice and cool with our Aircon installed in the unit. No need to sweat it out :)
A half a block east of the apartment is Cass St, where a plethora of restaurants await you. Our favorite breakfast spot is Fig Tree Cafe - the most amazing french toast you can find! Two blocks west are the beaches - Law Street Beach and Tourmaline Surf Park, popular for surfing, sun-bathing and jogging.
Use the included beach cruisers to ride to the Pacific Beach Pier (5 min bike ride) and spend the day in the waves and enjoying the sun. Take full advantage of the beach with our complimentary beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and boogie boards to ride the waves!
For a unique experience, go check out Bird Rock in between Pacific Beach and La Jolla (riding - 7 min, walking - 15-20 min). Our favorite is Bird Rock Coffee Roasters to sip on some award winning coffee blends and listen to live local music.
Lots of trails you can drive to if you get tired of the beach, one of our favorites is Torrey Pines Nature Reserve, beautiful trails that lead down the majestic cliffs to the beach. Del Mar is also great to explore as well. Look in your App Store for AllTrails, a great trail finding resource.
We live close by and have been locals for many years. We are happy to provide suggestions for activities, attractions and great bars and restaurants in the area!
NOTE: Absolutely no unregistered overnight guests that are not on the original reservation. No animals whatsoever. No parties, events or loud noise. Also, absolutely no smoking or vaping is allowed in or around the property. We have a nice family with kids who lives next door, so it's very important that we respect them by following these rules.
